Dean Jensen, CEO
Rich Hein, CFO
With a strong background in Business Leadership and Sales/Marketing, Dean brings his extensive experience to our team. He has founded multiple startups, including in the HVAC space. He has built a sales organization from 1 to over 50 in a 2 year span. He currently serves as a Training Executive for an insurance organization. Growth and Systems are his passion.
Rich brings his vast experience to this role. As CFO of a commercial landscaping company, Rich oversaw the growth and successful sale to a Private Equity buyer. He currently serves as CFO for a multi-million dollar non-profit.
Rob Dippold, COO
With nearly 30 years of HVAC experience, Rob has successfully built and sold an HVAC company. He holds a current Florida HVAC License. His unrelenting pursuit of excellence in quality, education, and systems make him ideal in this role.
